Mältinranta Artcenter is located in the centre of Tampere, near the historic Finlayson factory area, next to Tallipiha.
By Public Transport
It’s easy to reach Mältinranta Artcenter, by bus or tram. From the Central Square (Keskustori) stops, it’s about a ten-minute walk (850 m) along Kuninkaankatu. The nearest bus stops are on Satakunnankatu (Stop: Finlayson, 400 m away) and Hämeenpuisto (Stop: Näsinpuisto, 500 m away).
Tampere tram lines 1 and 3 run through the city centre. The closest tram stop to Mältinranta is ”Keskustori”, from which it’s a short walk to the destination.
From the Tampere Bus Station (1.7 km) and Railway Station (1.5 km), it’s about a 20-minute walk to Mältinranta Artcenter.

On Foot
Mältinranta Artcenter is very close to Tampere city centre and easy to reach on foot. For example, it’s about 500 metres from Central Square (Keskustori), following Kuninkaankatu north.
By Car
There are a few parking spaces in the courtyard of Mältinranta Artcenter including one accessible parking space for those with a disabled parking permit. Several parking areas and garages are located nearby, such as P-Hämppi and P-Frenckell. Street parking is also possible, though spaces are limited.
Please note that parking in garages and parking areas is subject to a fee.
